Yeah God!

Tonight my mom and I were driving home and we were talking about Jesus and how he is the word and the word is God and whether Jesus was with God at the time of the creation of the earth. Well, Luke must have been listening. He all of sudden screamed happily, "Yeah God" and then he said "Awesome God". We were like yes and then we all sang!

I say 'Yeah God' to family and friends for helping and supporting me while David has been out of town for two weeks (we are on day 6). My mom has been here this week and leaving Tuesday, Joy came in town this weekend to help, Justin spent extra special time with Luke Friday night (he needed man time) and Amanda had us over for dinner!! I am so very thankful for everyone. Luke and Cassidy are too...otherwise they would have a grouchy mom.

I'm also very thankful that ....

• David made it safely back to LA from El Paso.
• Cassidy is almost crawling. She made it up on all fours and it is just matter of time before she is brave enough to move forward.
• Cassidy picked up her sippy cup tonight and started to drink on her own!!! She has until 9 months to really get it...
• I came up with a new reward for Luke to listen to me the 'first' time...he gets rocket rides (or loses them). Rocket rides consist of me picking him up and letting him fly in the sky. Time out has become less effective, so I needed to figure out something that he really likes.
