Cassidy is ONE

Cassidy turns one - February 6, 2009 (at 12:30pm)

This is her in her birthday outfit that I made!

We are celebrating Cassidy's and Joy's birthday next weekend in Macon, but I couldn't let her actual birth date come and go without celebration. It started out that I would only do a birthday cake and ice cream with us...then, well, I couldn't help it. We had our neighbors over for ice cream and cake that night. Cassidy had a cold all week and isn't always in the best of moods in the evening. So, of course, she was a little moody princess during the first part of the party. She warmed up by the time it was over. I think it was just over stimulating.

The birthday outfit....

Birthday morning with her balloon. She loves her balloon. In fact, when we were getting them the day of and day before she pitched a fit waiting to pay for the balloons. Oh my, David and I are in trouble. She can roll on the floor and flail her back and arms like the best of them.

Good morning birthday girl...yes, she really looks like this when she wakes up. She will have to always use alot of product in her hair :-)

Where is Luke? Well, he is being the best big brother who doesn't want his picture taken. He really was very sweet. He never once asked where his presents were or where his cake, balloons, anything. He is really sweet and very giving. Hopefully I can get their picture together soon. ....
