We had a wonderful Thanksgiving visiting David's parents and sister Mary in El Paso. His sister, Rosie and hubby Ric and brother Zeke and daughter Anna came to visit with their families. It was so much fun to be together. We missed Sandy, Bernie and the boys!
We are so thankful for so much...here is a highlight of the things we are thankful for this year and weekend:
- God blessing us with two amazing children
- Residence Inn (yes, it was fabulous to have a separate room for the kids to sleep in and work out their tiredness)
- Menudo (Dad's special dish and David's FAVORITE)
- Family times and memories (especially old family photos....ahhhh the remembrance of childhood)
- Fresh crisp air and sunshine (the sky in El Paso just keeps going and going)
- Our amazing friends
- Playgroup
- Our amazing neighborhood
- Timeoff from work
- Power of prayer
- Kitty cats, Buddy (Cassidy squeals when she sees him and Luke 'cuddles' with him...all of this Buddy puts up with and comes back for more)
- Cousins, Aunts and Uncles
- Movies for the airplane...Go Diego Go and Charlie Brown
- Wee School...(Luke has learned so much ...he now sings songs, says his blessing, is learning to clean up better, etc)
- Singing songs when you wake up (Dinosaur and This is the Day)
- Simple Things (veggie dance and poo poo dance)
- Julianna and Rosie (our housekeepers) and ME Martin (landscape service)
- God blesses at night time...(it helps us remember everyeone)
- Phone and text messages (to keep in touch with daddy while he is out of town and surprise messages from family and friends)
- ....and so much more than I can write
Cassidy has two teeth and her ears pierced. I thought I had good pictures of them, but apparently I don't! Please forgive me.
